Adam Leonti, DPT graduated from the University of Findley with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2022. Adam joined LKO in August of 2022 and has been helping care for our patients ever since. Adam is a highly-skilled therapist who is passionate about helping his patients meet their health and wellness goals. He uses evidence-based techniques to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, helping you achieve your highest level of physical function. By combining manual and modality therapy techniques with patient education and home exercise programs, he offers an optimal rehabilitation experience.
Laura Jerore graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in health science and a master’s degree in physical therapy. Since graduation she has mainly worked in an orthopedics outpatient setting, although she also has experience in women’s health and home health care.
Laura enjoys many outdoor activities and spending quality time with her family.
Holly Mahan graduated from the accredited physical therapist assistant program at Baker College in 2000 with an associate’s degree in applied science. With many years of experience working with patients, Holly works closely with our physical therapy staff developing exercise programs, providing manual therapy, and helping follow through on the plan of care given by our therapists.
